Vitamins are a type of item that increases a Pokémon's EVs or max PP of a Pokémon's move when used, if possible. The effect depends on the vitamin used.

- 1.1.0 - Added Calcium, Carbos, HP Up, Iron, Protein, Zinc, PP Up and PP Max. Currently only obtainable in Creative Mode.
- 1.4.0 - Recipes for HP Up, Protein, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Carbos, PP Up and PP Max were added.
- 1.7.0 - Crafting Table recipes for HP Up, Protein, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Carbos, PP Up and PP Max were removed, with new Brewing Stand recipes added as replacement.
