Seasoning are ingredients that may be used in cooking to enhance the cooked food with various effects. There are four different types of seasoning, with each type being used for different recipes.
Flavor Seasoning
Flavor seasoning is used with Aprijuice and Poké Cake. The preference for each flavor is determined by the Pokémon's nature.

Neutral natures, listed in the above table in grey italics, prefer Mild flavor food, which is created by combining two or more flavors with equal strength.
A Pokémon's flavor preference has no impact on the boosted attributes from Aprijuice.
Spicy
Spicy food is preferred by Pokémon with an Attack-boosting nature. Spicy Aprijuice will increase a Pokémon's Acceleration ride statistic.
Sour
Sour food is preferred by Pokémon with a Defense-boosting nature. Sour Aprijuice will increase a Pokémon's Stamina ride statistic.
Dry
Dry food is preferred by Pokémon with a Special Attack-boosting nature. Dry Aprijuice will increase a Pokémon's Skill ride statistic.
Bitter
Bitter food is preferred by Pokémon with a Special Defense-boosting nature. Bitter Aprijuice will increase a Pokémon's Jump ride statistic.
Sweet
Sweet food is preferred by Pokémon with a Speed-boosting nature. Speed Aprijuice will increase a Pokémon's Top Speed ride statistic.
