(Created page, it is most definitely work in progress and probably has incorrect information, will be adding to and editing as I get more information (I haven't personally tried out any of 1.7's features and so all of this information is just whatever I can find in the discord, so bear with me :c))

Jump determines the high in which a mount can jump. For Submarine style mounts, this will affect the speed at which the mount will submerge and emerge. Stamina determines the length of time a Pokémon may be ridden in its specific style. Stamina affects sprint time for Standard style mounts, oxygen for Submarine and Dolphin style mounts, flight time for Bird and Jet style mounts, and maximum height for UFO and Rocket style mounts. Various Pokémon are capable of being ridden by the player. Unlike vanilla rideable mobs, Pokémon do not require a saddle to be ridden. Each mount has different speed, acceleration, skill (turn rate), jump and stamina, as well as having multiple different ride styles.

Riding Styles

Each mountable Pokémon has their own unique ride style, which determines how they move whilst being ridden. Some ride styles may be better suited to certain environments or tasks. Each Pokémon may include a riding style from each category; for example, Charizard is a Standard Land mount and a Bird Flying mount.

Land

Standard

Standard style mounts is the basic style of land mount, capable of walking on land. This style is similar to vanilla Minecraft horse riding, with mouse look direction determining the direction, whilst the left and right keys strafe left and right. Mounts of this style are also capable of sprinting, which will drain stamina.

Vehicle

Vehicle style mounts are land style mounts which move similarly to vanilla boats, with the forward movement direction not determined by the mouse look directions, allowing the player to freely look around whilst riding, whilst the left and right keys turn the mount left and right. These style mounts have a wider turning circle than Standard riding style, which can be tightened by holding left or right and crouch simultaneously, causing the mount to drift.

Water

Boat

Boat style mounts are the basic style of water mounts which move similarly to vanilla boats, with the forward movement direction not determined by the mouse look directions, allowing the player to freely look around whilst riding, whilst the left and right keys turn the mount left and right.

Submarine

Submarine style mounts are water style mounts which are similar to Boat style mounts, but can submerge and move freely beneath the water.

Dolphin

Dolphin style mounts are water style mounts which are similar to Submarine style mounts, but can also make great leaps out of water.

Air

Bird

Bird style mounts are the basic style of flying mounts, capable of flying and hovering in the air. The players look direction determines movement, with the left and right keys causing the mount to strafe left or right, and the forwards and backwards keys or pulling and pushing the mouse causing the mount to drop or raise the view.

Bird style mounts also have an alternative flight mode, changing the mount to instead control similar to vanilla elytra flight, with player look direction and left and right keys determining movement and pulling and pushing the mouse causing the mount to drop or raise the view.

Jet

Jet style mounts are flying style mounts which move similarly to vanilla boats, with the forward movement direction not determined by the mouse look directions, allowing the player to freely look around whilst riding, whilst the left and right keys turn the mount left and right. Jet style mounts are incapable of hovering, unlike Bird style mounts, but tend to have a high speed riding stat. The mount is capable of ascending or descending via the jump or crouch key.

UFO

UFO style mounts are flying style mounts which are capable of hovering within the air with omnidirectional movement, similarly to vanilla creative/spectator flight. However, these style mounts tend to move very slowly and cannot fly above their maximum height (determined by their jump height stat) without draining stamina.

Rocket

Rocket style mounts are flying style mounts similar to UFO style mounts, but also include the ability to fly forwards at greater speeds.

Riding Stats

Each mountable Pokémon have unique riding stats which determine their different attributes for riding. These attributes are not to be confused with Pokémon stats, as riding stats are not determined or influenced by these stats, instead being assigned to each Pokémon by default. These stats are capable of being modified via the usage of Aprijuices.

Speed

Speed determines the maximum velocity the mount can move at, with higher speed riding stat allowing for higher velocity.

Acceleration

Acceleration determines how quickly speed is gained whilst moving, with higher acceleration riding stat allowing for max speed to be reached

Skill

Skill determines the rate the mount will turn when being ridden, with higher skill riding stat allowing for sharper turning. For UFO style mounts, this will instead affect the rate of deceleration.

Jump

Jump determines the high in which a mount can jump. For Submarine style mounts, this will affect the speed at which the mount will submerge and emerge. For Dolphin style mounts, this will affect the speed at which the mount will submerge and emerge alongside the jump height. For Bird style mounts, this will affect the effectiveness of gliding. For Jet style mounts, this will decrease the required speed to begin flight. For UFO style mounts, this will increase the height from the ground before stamina will begin to drain. For Rocket style mounts, this will increase the ascent speed.

Stamina

Stamina determines the length of time a Pokémon may be ridden in its specific style. Stamina affects sprint time for Standard style mounts, oxygen for Submarine and Dolphin style mounts, flight time for Bird and Jet style mounts, and maximum height for UFO and Rocket style mounts. Running out of stamina cancels the associated ability, requiring stamina to recover before continuing.
