The apricorn woodset is a collection of building blocks originating from the apricorn log.

This woodset is associated with apricorn trees.

Obtaining

The blocks of the apricorn woodset can only be obtained consistently via apricorn trees.

However, some town types may feature blocks from the apricorn woodset in the future.

Usage

The various blocks of the apricorn woodset fulfill the same roles as their vanilla Minecraft counterparts; apricorn planks can be used to make wooden tools, apricorn logs can be smelted into charcoal, etc.

As well, all blocks in this woodset can be used as furnace fuel.

The apricorn woodset currently has no use beyond that of vanilla Minecraft wood.

The apricorn log is a naturally occurring block that generates in the world as a part of apricorn trees. As well, apricorn logs can be obtained by growing an apricorn sapling.

Apricorn logs are the root of the apricorn woodset, and as such they cannot be crafted.

Stripped apricorn logs are obtained by using an axe on an apricorn log.

Apricorn slabs are a building block. They are a half-height version of apricorn planks.

These slabs can be used in any vanilla Minecraft crafting recipe involving wooden slabs, such as the recipes for the composter, barrel, and lecturn.

These slabs, like any other slab, can be stacked into a single block or placed upside-down.

This block shares the same tool need, hardness, resistance, etc. as apricorn planks.

An apricorn pressure plate is a block that can be used to send out a redstone signal when an entity stands on it.

Like any other wooden pressure plate, the apricorn pressure plate can detect any entity (including items) atop it. When it detects an entity, it will emit a redstone signal with a strength of 15.

Like any other pressure plate, the apricorn pressure plate can only be placed on the topside of blocks.

An apricorn button is a block that can be used to send out a redstone signal when a player interacts with it or when a projectile hits it.

Like any other wooden button, the apricorn button sends out a redstone signal of strength 15 for as long as a projectile is lodged in it or for 1.5 seconds when activated by a player.

Like any other button, the apricorn button can be placed on the top, bottom, or sides of a block.

An apricorn door is a building block that can be right-clicked and opened or activated with redstone, allowing a player or entity to pass through.

Apricorn doors can only be placed on top of solid blocks. Destroying the block the apricorn door rests on will destroy the door as well.

An apricorn door can be opened by a player, villager, piglin, or piglin brute. As well, apricorn doors can be destroyed by zombies, zombie villagers, husks, and vindicators in hard difficulty.

The Poké Ball-shaped window on the top of the door can be useful to a player for viewing an area without being able to be seen by any entities on the other side.

The flat face of an apricorn trapdoor can act as a solid block, allowing other blocks like flower pots and ladders to be placed on it.
