Page Discussion

Various Pokémon may appear in forms unique to Cobblemon. These forms vary in conditions and are purely visual; no stats, typing or movesets are changed for these differing forms.

Official Forms

These forms have appeared in Pokémon media in some shape or form, whether it be from the anime, video games or manga, but have not appeared in the Modern mainline games.

 Based on the belly pattern of the same name which appears in Pokémon Adventures. It resembles a focused face with slanted pupils, a circular mark above the eyes with red eyebrows, rounded eyes and a black upside-down "V"-shaped mouth.

 Based on the appearance of the Vileplume which appear on Valencia Island in the Pokémon anime. Valencia Vileplume have a large rounded pattern on their petals rather than a dotted pattern along with the petals and eyes appearing orange rather than red. The shiny changes the petals and eyes to a pink color.

 Based on the apperance of Puka, a surfing Pikachu which appeared in the anime episode "The Pi-Kahuna", as well as the apperance of Alolan Raichu. Their eyes are blue rather than black, with their ears being slightly larger and brown-tipped. Their tail also has a swirl pattern on it. The shiny changes the eyes to be a light blue.

Minecraft Forms

These forms are specifically themed around Minecraft and usually include some aspect of Minecraft in their design.

 Resembles the Red or Brown Mooshroom mob. The shiny instead resembles the Nether fungus, being the Crimson Fungus for Red Mooshtank or the Warped Fungus for the Brown Mooshtank. Right clicking a Mooshtank with a Bowl will result in Mushroom Stew, much like a regular Mooshroom.

The shiny changes the purple coloring to green, with the brown coloring changing to grey and the Mangrove Tree leaves to a light brown.

The green coloring is instead a pink color, resembling Cherry Leaves blocks. Uniquely, this variant also emits small particles from the leaves much like Minecraft Cherry Blossom trees. The shiny changes the pink coloring to a darker pink, with the brown coloring changing to grey and the eyes changing to orange.

 Replaces Gholdengo's golden texture to a Netherite texture instead. Depending on the Scrap Stash amount depends on the amount of Netherite covering Gholdengo upon evolution, with 256 being the maximum. The shiny stays the same, having the silver bands on top of the Netherite covering.

Regional Biases

Regional Bias forms are pre-evolutionary forms of Regional Pokémon which have no regional-specific pre-evolution. A Pokémon with Regional Bias will always have the choice to evolve into the form it has a bias towards, but is capable of evolving into the non-bias form under the correct conditions.

The coloring is also slightly more saturated and each Exeggcute now has a small square on the top. The shiny also resembles the base form, albeit slightly brighter.
