Various Pokémon may appear in forms unique to Cobblemon. These forms vary in conditions and are purely visual; no stats, typing or movesets are changed for these differing forms.
Official Forms
These forms have appeared in Pokémon media in some shape or form, whether it be from the anime, video games or manga, but have not appeared in the Modern mainline games.

Regional Biases
Regional Bias forms are pre-evolutionary forms of Regional Pokémon which have no regional-specific pre-evolution. A Pokémon with Regional Bias will always have the choice to evolve into the form it has a bias towards, but is capable of evolving into the non-bias form under the correct conditions.

Pokémon: Magikarp Jump Forms
Pokémon: Magikarp Jump Forms are forms based on the Pokémon: Magikarp Jump mobile video game, which included a variety of unique patterns for Magikarp. These patterns are only obtainable via fishing with a Poké Rod and are all obtainable from any biome, but have increased chances for certain patterns in certain biomes. All patterns are a flat 5% chance to fish up with any level of Lure, with Luck Of The Sea boosting that chance by 2.5% per level for a max chance of 12.5%.

Gyarados Jump Patterns
Gyarados Jump Patterns are unique visual forms for the Pokémon: Magikarp Jump pattern evolutions, which are newly added by Cobblemon. These are not fished up, but rather are obtained by simply evolving the respective Magikarp Jump-patterned Magikarp.
