Saccharine leaves are blocks that generate naturally as a part of Saccharine trees.
Obtaining
Breaking
Saccharine leaves can be obtained with shears or tools enchanted with Silk Touch.
Hoes are the default tool for breaking saccharine leaves.
Generation
Saccharine leaves can be found generated as part of saccharine trees throughout the world.
As well, they generate as part of any saccharine trees grown via saccharine saplings.
Mechanics
Like any other leaf block in Minecraft, naturally generated saccharine leaves will slowly decay when disconnected from a log block. Saccharine leaves placed by the player will not decay.
Saccharine leaves are transparent to light, regardless of graphics settings. As well, saccharine leaves can be waterlogged.
Saccharine leaves are destroyed by pistons and they have a 30% chance of increasing the compost level in a composter by 1.
Saccharine leaves can be pollinated by bees and Combee, transforming the block into Slathered Saccharine Leaves. Slathered saccharine leaves may also be created by using a Honey Bottle on a saccharine leaves block.
