The saccharine wood set is a collection of building blocks that can be crafted using saccharine logs.

This wood set is associated with saccharine trees.

Obtaining

The blocks of the saccharine wood set can only be obtained consistently via harvesting saccharine trees.

Future updates may include town types that may contain blocks from the saccharine wood set.

Usage

The various blocks of the saccharine wood set fulfill the same roles as their vanilla Minecraft counterparts; For example, saccharine planks can be used to make wooden tools and saccharine logs can be smelted into charcoal.

All blocks in this wood set can be used as furnace fuel.

Besides saccharine logs, the saccharine wood set currently has no use beyond that of vanilla Minecraft wood.

Saccharine Log

The saccharine log is a naturally occurring block that generates in the world as a part of saccharine trees. Saccharine logs can be obtained by growing saccharine saplings.

Saccharine logs are the root of the saccharine wood set, and as such they cannot be crafted.

Stripped saccharine logs can be obtained by using an axe on saccharine logs.

Crafting Uses

Stripped saccharine logs can be used in place of saccharine logs in any of the following recipes. Saccharine logs can also be used in any recipes that require any type of log.

Honey-Slathered Saccharine Log

The honey-slathered saccharine log is a variant of the saccharine log that can be created by using a Honey Bottle on a saccharine log.

Honey-slathered saccharine logs will search for nearby Pokémon within a 10 block radius. If found, the Pokémon will consume the honey, becoming honey-drenched and reverting the honey-slathered saccharine log to a saccharine log. Upon consumption, the affected Pokémon has a 10% chance of obtaining their Hidden Ability. Pokémon which already have a hidden ability or are currently honey-drenched will ignore the honey.

Stripped saccharine logs can be obtained by using an axe on honey-slathered saccharine logs. Harvesting a honey-slathered saccharine log will drop a regular saccharine log. Honey-slathered saccharine logs can only be obtained via creative or cheats.

Saccharine slabs are a building block. They are a half-height version of saccharine planks.

These slabs can be used in any vanilla Minecraft crafting recipe involving wooden slabs, such as the recipes for the composter, barrel, and lecturn.

These slabs, like any other slab, can be stacked into a single block or placed upside-down.

This block shares all of the same properties as saccharine planks such as hardness and resistance.

A saccharine pressure plate is a block that can be used to send out a redstone signal when an entity stands on it.

Like any other wooden pressure plate, the saccharine pressure plate can detect any entity (including items) atop it. When it detects an entity, it will emit a redstone signal with a strength of 15.

Like any other pressure plate, the saccharine pressure plate can only be placed on the topside of blocks.

Like any other wooden button, the saccharine button sends out a redstone signal of strength 15 for as long as a projectile is lodged in it or for 1.5 seconds when activated by a player.

A saccharine door is a building block that can be right-clicked and opened or activated with redstone, allowing a player or entity to pass through.

Saccharine doors can only be placed on top of solid blocks. Destroying the block the saccharine door rests on will destroy the door as well.

A saccharine door can be opened by a player, villager, piglin, or piglin brute. As well, saccharine doors can be destroyed by zombies, zombie villagers, husks, and vindicators in hard difficulty.

The tall, two-block window on the door can be useful to a player for viewing an area without being able to be seen by any entities on the other side.
