Vitamins are a type of item that increases a Pokémon's EVs or max PP of a Pokémon's move when used, if possible. The effect depends on the vitamin used.

Calcium is a vitamin that adds 10 Special Attack EVs to a Pokémon when used, if possible.

PP Up is a vitamin that increases the maximum PP of a selected move by 20% of the move's base P, to a maximum increase of 60% after 3 PP Ups have been used.

PP Max is a vitamin that increases the maximum PP of a selected move to 160% of the move's base PP.

1.7.0 - Crafting Table recipes for HP Up, Protein, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Carbos, PP Up and PP Max were removed, with new Brewing Stand recipes added as replacement.
