An Exp. Share is a held item that grants experience to the Pokémon holding it, even if they don't participate in battle, as long as they are not fainted.
Pokémon without participation receive 50% experience, and participating Pokémon gain full experience and EVs. Multiple Exp. Shares can be used simultaneously without interference.

The crafting recipe for the Exp. Share was originally 2 glowstone, 1 prismarine crystal, 2 lapis lazuli, 2 iron ingots and 1 diamond helmet.








- 1.4.1 - The crafting recipe of the Exp. Share has been changed to consist of 2 amethyst shards, 1 gold ingot, 2 lapis lazuli, 2 iron ingots, and 1 iron helmet.
