Usage

The Open-Faced Sandwich can either be fed to a Pokémon or eaten by the player.

Using the item will feed the closest Pokémon being targeted if nearby, or open the party selection menu if out of range.

Using while sneaking allows the player to consume the Open-Faced Sandwich instead.
