A Destiny Knot is a held item that causes the opponent to be infatuated if the holder is infatuated.

Version	Description
1.4.0	Added the Destiny Knot. The original recipe used a Diamond.
1.4.1	The crafting recipe for the Destiny Knot has been vertically flipped.
1.5.0	The link cable is now crafted with a Ghast Tear instead of a Diamond.
