Technical Machines (TM's) are consumable items that are used to teach a move to a compatible Pokémon.

Most TM's are created using the TM Machine by crafting discovered recipes with the required materials.

TM's can also be found inside Gimmighoul Chests in ruins generated throughout the world.

Using a TM teaches the contained move to a compatible Pokémon. If the Pokémon cannot learn the move, the item is not used. The TM is consumed on use.

TM's can also be stored inside of Disc Shelves.
